You, the commissioner, MUST be 18 or older to commission adult content. No exceptions. By commissioning me you agree that you are legally 18 years of age. if not, no nsfw art will be done for you
1.] Familiarize yourself with my work and check my most recent submissions for an idea of my current skill and style before commissioning me.
2.] By commissioning me you agree that you have read the Terms of Service and understand and shall adhere to everything written here.
3.] I try my best with each picture but certain factors may change quality of the picture. It all depends on how the characters looks, picture theme, etc.
4.] Demanding and rude commissioners will not be worked with again.
5.] It is in my right to refuse any commission request, should I see fit.

Commissioning me
1.] You MUST have one up to date visual reference. Please avoid lots of text descriptions. No 3D refs PLEASE!!!
2.] Keep notes to a minimum. Don't spam my inbox with short random messages. Get everything together before you send the initial note.
3.] Do NOT send me your characters background story. It only confuses me and I may lose important details.
4.] Please make sure your character info or references are correct. If I miss something that wasn't mentioned or on your ref, I am not responsible for the mistake. (It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide me with all necessary information to complete the commission.)
5.] If you have to make a description please make it short and to the point!!! I can not stress this enough.
6.] If you have a picture reference and something needs to be changed for the commission please let me know. (Example, if your character is drawn skinny and you want him more toned, or if they have short brown hair and you want it a bit longer and red)
7.] DO NOT RUSH ME! Pestering for an update or art status stresses me out. If it's been a month without word from me, feel free to ask me then.
8.] Commissioners are given opportunities to make changes to their art during sketch wip.
9.] Feel free to repost the art you commissioned as long as you credit back to me!
Payment
1.] Paypal is my only form of accepted payment. No exceptions.
2.] USD only. Commissioner is responsible for currency conversion.
3.] Payment is required upfront before work is started. I do not accept payment plans.
4.] Tips are welcome and very much appreciated
5.] Please keep in mind all prices are subject to change. Prices may change during your quote based on detail and complexity.
6.] Please do not send me a message letting me know or asking if I received payment. I get notifications/emails of payment and will message you if payment has not been received.
7.] Payment must be made within 48 hours or the commission will be canceled and the slot will be given away.
8.] WHEN SENDING MONEY PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE THE ADDRESS TO NO ADDRESS NEEDED! I can not stress this enough. It can get me and other Artist like me in very big trouble if not changed.
9.] no money refunds. its very simple unless enclosed other wise on very rare conditions if i am unable to finish work i will send your money back. other then this, i will try to work with you on getting something else with me.
Other Info
Estimated time of completion is 3 months. Keep in mind I have a life, a job and such. I try my best to get your art to you as soon as possible. If you are in a rush, get an anytime commission, otherwise please be respectful and patient. Life happens.
Commissioners may post their finished images anywhere they desire so long as my signature stays in tact and credit back to me.
Do not alter my artwork unless I have given permission to do so. This does not include cropping for icons, banners etc. That is allowed if you are the character owner.
The commissioner can not use the image for commercial purposes. (Printing, used as logo, etc). The commissioner may not make a profit off of the commissioned image.
The commissioner may not have another artist color the picture. You yourself can for personal reasons but please state so when uploaded online with a link to the original.
I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission, at any time, due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior.
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include: use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. Be aware of this.
Artwork is non-refundable.
I do not work with deadlines.
I will not provide any original (.SAI, .Psd ) files.
I am not obligated to keep any works in my account/gallery, or possession.
All/any adopts bought from me can not be resold for a higher price then what they were once bought at. Unless they have new art and only then can that value of that art be added to the original price it was once bought at.
Edit (NEW) due to some problems lately. if you are found trying to resell adopts at a higher price then what you got it, with no new art. i have all rights to take the adopts back WITHOUT REFUND!
Free Art
I have no set time for free art. it will be done when it is done. People buying from me will always come before free art. so please remember this. your getting it for free, i don't have to waste my time on it. if i am rushed for free art you will loose your spot for free art and it will go to someone else!
