
I carved this for MFF. I'm so proud of it! The carving wasn't very hard, but I spent a really long time painting it. I've never painted detail like that before and I had no idea what I was doing. That's like the 7th or 8th coat of paint on there cause I was trying to get it right. It took a while, but it was so worth it by how it came out!
It's 2" by the way, not really sure where to include that in.

Well I could send you a note, but then no one else could see it. Then next thing you know I'm going to be writing like 40 notes... shut up, I can dream of popularity if I want to.
This one sold for $20, but that was mainly because of the fur details in the paint job. It was a fairly simple carving. I'm thinking of charging $15, plus a couple for mailing it.

It's not that expensive to get started. I spent under $50 for my first set of tools and I still use them more than any other tools. You also don't NEED a set. I've seen amazing carvings done with just a standard everyday pocket knife. It really helps to have a gouge and chisel though.
