This is one Xial, moments before having a precious cup of coffee.
Black. No sugar or sweetener, unless there's too much coffee flavour in the cup.
Thing on top of the cup is an Aeropress, which rocks your socks off with its simplicity. Can make a cup of good coffee at work with one of these.

It's really easy. :)
You put a filter on the press chamber, then you pull the press head out of the tube,
Sit the chamber atop a coffee cup and put coffee grounds in it.
Pour hot (not boiling -- boiling is the first mistake people make for coffee) water into the chamber and insert the head of the press.
Gently press down until you've plunged the press all the way down.
Twist the filter cap off, push the plunger firmly while over a waste bin to eject the puck of grounds, rinse any junk off, and let it dry.
Drink coffee. :)
