She hasn't yet. She's still in the watch. That's why she is still so small.
I think he was wearing during the move and when he goes out, so she could get about more. He keeps it near the charger at home so not to lose her.
He came very close to it and he knows it.

She was small already before he downloaded the other Mal0 (The Patasite) by finding her in it possible when the other Mal0 had him bought it and got her trapped in it until she left to haunt another person who was wealthy compared to him.

She was larger to begin with. She saved him from an accident that destroyed his old phone but managed to transfer herself the the watch before it was. He didn't know.
The gold digger was downloaded to a newer phone since the original app wasn't there, and the watch "lost". He found it with her starving in the watch since it needed charging,
She is smaller because the watch doesn't have the power the phones do and will hopefully get things back if they can find a way to get her back to one. He tried but "Blowtooth" on his phone couldn't connect to the watch.

Hope she does get back to a phone, but if not she's still the same sweet and emotionally supportive Mal0 like before
