I cannot tell about how it comes, but it is pretty normal that every now and then people ask you to be their boyfriend or girlfriend. Probably helped by you being attractive (in their eyes).

Happened with a 0/4 individual who I've never interacted with, just seems odd that's all.
Okay, so i just started using my PI on my staff, trying to learn as much about them as i can. Is that their primary use?
For city councillers, I help campaign for anyone who has the trait "love at first site" for the 20 extra favour points.

Sometimes it is possible to influence an employer of another club to set it on fire or steal from it. Does this also depend on what job these people do or is it random as long as they work there? I couldn't find anything about this in the help section

Some girls who like/love marriage and/or family will be actively trying to get in a relationship and will ask just about any valid target. As long as they don't have a negative opinion or attraction to you. So basically they can do it even if they are at 0/0. The less men in the game, the more proposals you will get.
Actually there's a hint on the screen where you pick what you want them to do. This is what it says: Greedy people will be more likely to agree to stealing money. Compassionate ones are less likely to want to set the place on fire. Those good at fighting are more likely to accept the hurt someone else option. And those with high sociability will be more likely to be willing to make a fake report.
It doesn't say that, but that also improves their chances of succeeding.

1 in the game there is an option to praise for clothes, is it possible to make an option to express dissatisfaction if the NPC is dressed too modestly or strictly?
2 what about the photo/social section? I noticed that viewed posts of other people are not counted, and eventually just accumulate and the next time you view social networks they are repeated. also when viewing your photos, if there are too many of them (I had 50 when I started viewing) viewing is simply interrupted somewhere in the middle and nothing happens, the time also does not advance. I tried to view 18-19 photos, then the time advances, but these photos do not count as viewed and, accordingly, the number of notifications does not decrease.
3 another bug or whatever you call it, I noticed when discussing a threesome, when a girlfriend suggests a candidate, ms agrees, but for some reason a refusal comes out, as if the buttons were swapped. this has happened several times already. this happened when I used the third option to see what kind of candidate it was, then I agreed, but for some reason it showed that I refused
4 what about club development? what comes after singers? do i need to build a security room to open other rooms? in the help section i didn't see the need for a security room to build a back room or massage room. or how to open them? how to open strippers or dancers? from the laws i have only clubs available for opening that work on saturday afternoon

Ahh no worries! That even sounds better then, more open for the possibility to add more relatives in future maybe without as much headache. I don't really know what hardcoded means compared to anything else though but that sounds like it can't be changed on our end anyway so I can't mess things up too badly. XDSo I gave wrong info yesterday which is what happens when I answer from memory and don't look it up.
When creating a character under normal circumstances the max age will be 56, this applies to the vast majority of the characters in the game. But when creating an older relative, like a parent, it will use a limit of 78. This limit will also apply for some other rare cases where the age is hardcoded in the call to create a character (&new_char). You can also set the age of any character to any value over 18 using the "age" property (as in set P.age = 66. I'm not sure how well the game will handle ages over 70 so I would keep that in mind and not over do it.
Is there a file where you can see directly that character creation thing for all the random npcs? I'm not sure how it works but I wonder if it could be used to help modded image playthroughs to alter values so you don't get as many "default" character generations or something, since I often end up with a lot of them due to the packs not being quite as well balanced I suppose.
Things i would love to see changed/added:
Sorry for the long list, i played a lot this week and its not my first playthrough. I think most of it is small or minor.
- Names on the log to be made clickable, bringing up the persons profile page.
- An option to set your wardrobe for certain situations. Example, at work i wear business attire, so when i go to a party and strip, when i go back to work im dressed. and when i go to the gym i wear gym clothes and still look presentable for work.
- Log box to be longer, or long sentences to continue on a second line
- The sleep button always available during morning
- Your profile to be clickable when you are checking out a book. Or, a percentage beside the book telling me my skill level
- Being the father of someones child giving a larger favour boost them then your penis size
- Being able to not pay child support, which would give a 'deadbeat' favour penalty with the mother, who would spread this around as a rumour
- my character has been 100% bi for a while, but no option to change it officially has occurred
- If a job is paid hourly, then hourly wages shown on job info page instead of annual salary
- to be able to buy food and drink when at other clubs, so i can see how much they are charging
- a persuasion skill
- payday to be every second monday
- Option to see other people getting lap dances, massages, private sessions (could be done threw security cameras)
- Male entertainers
- During the cult meetings, an option (on the list that has punishments, protests and lobby council) to focus on recruiting. Maybe make it so everyone has to recruit one person during the next month, most will fail and be punished.
- The ability to talk to your partner about trying to get preggo
- a library fee, since im not a student
- a food inspector, health and safety inspector, fire marshal. To come and harass us.

I suggest you refrain from interacting with NPC's (except workers, releatives, commissioners...) on day 1 and go and check out a lewd book first thing on monday morning (day 2).

Such option exists. It happened to me once, I asked my bartender to change into something more revealing. I don't know what are the prerequisites for this to happen, though.

probably because everyone except the sister has the 'Just Met' modifier. You can't ask someone for a relationship when they have that modifier

Yes, jobs don't matter. No idea what you are referring to with the talking option.
1. You can do that with your employees, but not with random people. That would be weird. But I like weird. I'll see if there are some cases where it would make sense to do that.
2. So the limit for photo album is set to around 20 (which actually means around 25) by default. Did you increase that to 50? That's probably the issue. Scenes have a max number of steps that will run for to avoid it getting into infinite loops or other issues. So with 50, you probably ran out of steps before you could see them all. Change the max photos back down closer to 20-30.
3. I'll look into that.
4. Dancers come after singers. You need to get the City Commission to pass the law allowing dancers. In general laws dictate the rooms that you can add.
If you are man, a small dick is the main reason you can be outright denied. There's a small chance that you can get them to change their mind by changing their opinion of penis size and liking a small dick.
Thanks for the suggestions. Many of these are good ideas, so I've added the ones that make sense to my list of things to consider in the future. However, some of these won't happen. In particular the linking of characters in the log is an issue because it requires a much more involved and free windowing system that allows windows to appear in any order. I wish I had built a more involved UI to allow for that but that's a very time consuming project and honestly Unity doesn't make it as easy as it should be. The male performers issue is that the AI is terrible about generating useful character images for men. The system is build to support it (there's an even male entertainers allowed law that's disabled) but we don't have good sexy images to go with it.
Some of these already happen (for example the deadbeat father one and the inspector although I haven't seen the club inspector pop in for a while now, I wonder if that broke so I need to check on it). And the sociability trait is your persuasion.
And the sleep button appears when you sufficiently tired. If you are too rested, you can't sleep, but you can rest.
1.09 can't read a 1.06 save file. Did you load 1.07 in-between? If not that could be the issue. The only other reason I can think of is that you are hurt. You can't propose relationships if your health is below a certain value.
I can't seem to recruit employees that I meet on the street any more. Is there a game effect that can affect that? For reference, I just took over the cult timeline-wise.
I went from .6 straight to .9 but I started a brand new save with .9 and I never had the prompt to ask relationships, I had base stats, so I definitely wasnt injured since the mob hadnt spawned in yet
Check and see if your job posting ran out, it only lasts an in game month, so if it ran out you can't offer jobs in person again until you re-up on your job posting or you might need to build more employee lockers
