It's refreshing to see someone use the term of ''bushi'' since ''samurai'' wasn't exactly a clear category till the Edo period when the Tokugawa crystalized the social roles.
Siroc must have also beena wealthy member of the Takeda clan given his attire and armor (irl the ashigaru and a number of samurai looked like semi-bandits since you brought into battle what you could afford).
