Our Out of Abyss game is going GREAT!

After reaching the Neverlight Grove, the party stumbled into some chaos while exploring. A shambling mound and some corrupted mycanoids put us on the back foot for a while, but in the end we were able to come out victorious. However, this wasn't without consequences...

Thlayli suddenly felt compelled to turn on his friends during the fight, and afterwards, we were horrified to find that he had mushrooms growing from him. They grew from his blind eye and circled his head like a faerie ring or flower crown. Immediately, he told the party to leave him there, lest he be made to turn on them again.
