The male Zacian and the female Suicune are from Nintendo's Pokemon and this screenshot's taken from Valve's Garry's Mod. It is a gift for  Dino.D.Dice.

These canine-like Pokemon couple are on their big-bellied date and she seems to like how he flirts with her. Zacian even said "I bet even your beautiful tummy is like an ever-flowing ocean." Flattered, Suicune is like "My, Zacian. Not only you became more handsome, but you have indeed become such a gentleman to flirt with me." Looks like their romance is fattening up... well, yeah, you know what I mean.
