Here you are, a detective from London, sent to the far north to help solve the case of a missing hiking couple somewhere deep in the wilderness. To make matters a tad more unusual, mysterious lights have been seen rapidly moving above the forests late at night. You've been warned by the military to report back should you discover anything suspicious, and keep the locals out of the loop. A few weeks in and you're beginning to suspect the military know more than they are letting on.

From the council records, it's clear odd things have been happening in these parts for decades, starting around the time the Dounreay nuclear facility was being constructed in the northeast. Already teeming with folklore and stories of the paranormal, the potential for UAP feels on trends for a place like this. On the plus side, locals are beginning to trust you... but you are ever so far from the big city now, detective.
