Not really much lore of a here, just a moment about how Felicity doesn't like the fact that she's "Furry Naked" all the time even if all of her fur covers all the important parts. Basically another one of those moments where Felicity just has to question her sister's choice of lack of clothing whenever she becomes the same size as her. Luckily Meri quickly points out the hypocrisy of Felicity not wearing the appropriate kind of clothes in this current winter season.

Yes, they're indoors, but for Felicity, that doesn't mean Meri should only be walking around in a bow scarf only. And the only change Felicity made to her clothing is wearing a normal long skirt instead of one that has a split for her legs. It's still kinda not exactly the kind of clothing I think one would wear this season... if they're going to be out for a long while.

Anyway, I would say that as Cartoon Cats, Felicity's and Meri's Fur, are slightly different from normal and probably typical anthro cat fur, in which their fur is more dense than thick. Meaning if for some reason the fur goes down to their skin when wet, their limbs would still look kinda thick instead of really skinny like for some cartoon cats that actually adhere to their cat rules.

Felicity just decided to visit Meri as she's putting away the Christmas decorations. But just because she would usually change back and forth from her Gatomon forms, Meri would still be in her most fluffy Cat Bee form for extra cuddles for this season with the love of her life.
