Another char bu-I mean Charmander felling victim to Sparky after getting stomped on by the big chu and got stuck under his paw, atleast he didn't get flattened but Sparky wasn't through with the little dragon type just yet, he even the char to lick his paw clean much to the charmander's begrudging resentment towards the big bully chu but regardless he has no other choice it's either lick or be squashed flat under pikachu paw.

Status inflicted by Sparky: You got stomped by Sparky the Chu halving your HP and force to lick his paw, better get licking or get squashed to a pulp.
