Aside from basic needs, a fundamental necessity in life is a symbol that represents what matters the most to us. It not only works as a way to share those principles with others, but it also inspires and encourages us when our innate resolve falters.
What makes life worth living for me is empathy. Being able to relate to someone else's situation - even when it is far removed from our own - inspires mutual respect and appreciation, and establishes fundamental bonds that cannot be attained when you're moved by greed or a common interest.
Flags are the perfect way to share a statement. They are visually appealing and big so you can easily see them. The meaning is often obfuscated by the abstract nature of its symbols, but in a world ruled by empathy we would be able to count on people's natural drive to comprehend each other and know that, ultimately, we'd be understood, accepted and respected for who we are. Our differences are what makes us unique after all, and therefore, invaluable.
This flag is the perfect encapsulation of everything I hold dear. I spent two years working on its design, and whenever I look at it I'm flooded with of a warm sense of comfort and belonging. That is the feeling I want The Jaguar's Lair to instill in anyone who takes part in it. I might not be quite there yet, but I'm trying as hard as I can to reach that goal. This flag might be one of the most important steps towards that so far.

Great design! I like that the lines that are traditionally straight have curves — it adds lively dynamism and movement. Also, the color scheme looks like a rainbow at first glance and it catches the eye, but doesn't match and remains special and more "thick" and warm in color with that lovely pink accent (the pink accent is like the one that has a mark on my heart forever 🥰). The seal also harmonizes beautifully. This is a really thoughtful and soulful design! Will you order its tailoring? It would be interesting to look at him in the material.
Thank you! I'm very glad you approve, and that the pink accent caught your eye. The bright pink separates the dark tones from the bright ones in a statement that empathy (which is what the pink color represents to me in this context) provides an interface between the dark and bright aspects of our personalities and allows mutual understanding and acceptance, the perfect bridge and common ground between opposing forces.
As for a physical version of it, I'd love to make one someday! Right now I don't have the financial means to do so, but hopefully in the near future! If that ever happens, you can be sure I'll save one especially for you. ❤️

I absolutely adore the concept behind this flag, it represents these special bonds that we can generate with each other. Empathy is such a fundamental sentiment in our lifes to connect with each other and the fact that you considered this sentiment as predominant in the design is outstanding. I love the colors too, how they arrange from bright colorful to a darker areas, each one with their own significance, wich one can relate and give meaning to.
The tiger and the cheetah giving each other a hug with a rainbow heart is precious, these represent the meaning of the flag so well, it made me smile and filled my heart with sentiments just looking at them.
I also have to point out the symbols of the lettering, if im correctly I can read from it a "Apreciemos Uno Doe Outros" wich I can translate it in my head to "appreciate each other" such a fitting sentence to this beautiful composition.
This is a meaningful and powerful flag for the Lair, can't wait to see it everywhere around <3

Thank you, lion! I wanted to convey a strong sense of warmth and coziness, and I'm glad to know you can also find comfort and joy when looking at the flag. Flags to me are a very effective way of defining the identity of something, and with it I feel I'm finally able to perfectly convey what the Lair is supposed to be all about. If I can make our members feel like I do when looking at this piece, then I will have accomplished my goal.
As for the slogan - good eye! - you are absolutely correct. The coolest thing about glyphs, and something I have talked to you about in the past in regard to my attraction to the Japanese language and how songs in it can feel more personal because I can give them my own meaning aided by the handful of words that I can understand, is that you can apply whatever meaning is the most important to you. That interpretation came from your heart, and thus is not only correct, but also meaningful, and uniquely yours. The Lair is indeed a place for us to appreciate one another for who we are.
