Kaa had heard a young boy's voice call out for Amalia, no doubt the blonde one who often eyed her fondly. The python wasn't one to give up so easily but was rather hasty about it as he swiftly coiled around Amalia's torso for a firm grip to carry her with.
Too firm of a grip as the coils squeezed hard and so suddenly. The choking clutch snapped Amalia out of her trace and into a wheezing fit. The painful hold nonetheless helped as Kaa slithered up a big tree and pulled the princess along. Unable to cast any kind of spells without air to take in, Amalia could only flail her legs feebly.
"Yu... go..." she repeated with every strain for air. The grip was already ironclad but somehow it was getting worse and worse.
