Lucie was taking commissions and one of my friends from the GVH fandom, Warbird, took the opportunity to have Lucie draw my sona as a Utahraptor! I had to keep myself from crying when I saw this.
The same person who created the characters to one of my top favorite games has drawn my character to match that game. A game where I got a "Special Thanks" credit for my unwavering support of its developers. This whole experience, everything about my time with GVH, has been a roller coaster of emotions. I'm so grateful for all the friends I've made and the amazing moments that came out of it. I know there were setbacks too - 4chan stalking and doxing me, weird bootlickers who keep misgendering me and trash talk me behind Twitter blocks, a game dev attacking me personally, all that - but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again, given the chance.
