Anyways, this is Captain Rudderz, Sailz's arch nemesis. As Sailz has his own pirate crew, so does Rudderz, and they often sail side by side trying to acquire the same treasure. In fact, he's the one who shot Tliltic in the wing, making the poor bat quit.

The reason for Rudderz starting his pirate life is that he was so bored of his farm life and wanted an adventure. How he got the idea in the first place was him watching TV at home and seeing all these pirates find and steal treasure overseas, and Sailz was one of them. Thus, he wanted to get in the mix with them an easily took control as one of the most ruthless pirates in Reptu's world.
