I use a program called Glimpse, it's like Photoshop but free. Some parts like baby's booties can be recolored using a fill bucket. Bigger diapers and rubber panties need drawing in. Sometimes, like when I had the alley cats squirt milk in Tom's diaper, it means trying to stitch five or six images together to create a new one.
