I've always been a fan of the supporting characters and bit players in movies, comics, and video games and as such, I began to appreciate Bill Grey and the Cornerian Defense Force. The Star Fox team aren't the only ones that fought.
Seeing as how the Lylat System has seen a great deal of strife and war over a few games and it's usually the Cornerians that suffer the most, I commissioned the talented R3dFiVe to create a picture based on what I think the Cornerian populace would do to honor those that died fighting for their safety.
I imagine Bill comes to this place often to reflect, to mourn, and to heal.

this is so cool. I have an otteress character named Samaya, who is an Ace pilot in the Cornerian Military Fleet. Those guys are very much the hardworking backbone who sometimes don't get the credit they deserve. Though her time takes place many years after the Star-Fox team's, during a time in which Cornerians have spread out and colonized places other than Lylat, so the CMF's forces have a more prominent role in things.
