Far to the frozen north lies the Winter Wastes. Home to many hostile lifeforms that will kill any intruder if the harsh environment doesn't get to them first. Out of all the inhabitants, there is one that calls it home and still pledges its loyalties to the Alliance and the Great Will.
The Rimesage are a hearty people of the drakhen kind. Tasked with living in the harsh ever wintery lands to the north where no other species will purposely reside. The Rimesage take pride in knowing that they alone keep the others safe from the dark clutches of evil that try to slither through into the more harmonious lands. Steeped in a ritual warrior culture that prides building a story of legend, and to become all that one can be. They are seen as barbarians to some, but have in fact a deep culture that focuses on cleanliness, preservation of knowledge, and a drive to defeat the Corrupted Spawn.

Rimesage are inspired by many Norse mythology stories and cultures along with some native American. They are known to be harsh and brutally honest, but few will ever go against their words and once you have one to call a friend, you know they will be there to die beside you.
