A young man, brought to the Coalition from the Philippines and now living with other tiny two inch humans in a HRC. Despite his new life being much more comfortable than his previous one as a 'wild' human, Tomas finds himself discontent with simply existing in a dull, unchanging environment for the rest of his life. He is infatuated with the famous shark actor Sifiso Mwangi and, in a twist of fate brought forth by alcohol, finds his life irreversibly tangled with the gigantic movie star.

So hey, something a lil' different! Big anthro hunks are obviously what we're all here for, but these tiny human guys have an awful lot going on with them as well. It'd be a shame to not give them any art at all! So, we're doing more HRC ref art, also including the major human characters! And of course we'll start with the human who started it all, Tomas. This art was done by YunoToffer, who did a fantastic job with the little guy! I can see why Sifiso found him rather fetching despite his small stature.
