Yeah another MTG card for you this month, my wallet is struggling at the moment.
I like cards that can instantly destroy an opponent's card that they can't counter (unless they're a blue mage who ALWAYS have a counter to everything). He's not strong after his ability has been activated but if you use him wisely to destroy a card that has a high toughness level, it could swing the board in your favour. I feel this is one of the better cards that I've created.

I don't know if you want my input, but I love that this takes care of one of the most popular cards in standard. This $72 mess:

But, at four mana, would compete with The Wandering Emperor, which gets played in every single white deck in standard (except enchantments):

So you could probably throw Flash and/or Vigilance on there for even more "protectory" theme if you wanted.
