What a pretty looking dragon! She doesn't look like she's flaunting herself too much and is trying to be subtle about it despite her revealing clothing. Make no mistake, she's definitely enjoying it she's just not being overly blatant and I commend you on that.
The background itself is also quite well drawn because she's looks like she's just has her legs in a cave pool but doesn't mind because she can clearly still see. The water looks pretty clear as well, like glacial melt water although that doesn't make sense since she seems to be underground.
She's got a lot of interesting features on her that must have made her coloration hard to pull off and I'm glad that you managed to do so.
I like the little indication of the plant or shrubbery in the bottom right corner it looks like it might be something she would have brought there for the sake of it.
