After a long period of many, MANY Computer Related Issues, more specifically relating to my Graphics Card, I am finally back from the dead for the most part with a new drawing. This time, I decided to go ahead and do a quick sketch of one of my personal favorite characters I've designed, at least so far anyway, that being Queen Harribore III of the United Federation. Out of all of the characters I've drawn so far, Harribore is by far the one with the most detailed outfit, even far surpassing that worn by Darcey Quillstar in terms of overall complexity. She is also my first character to not only have cybernetic parts, with her entire Dominant Arm shoulder down being prosthetic in nature, but also to have a cape of any kind (Or at least a cape that's done properly). I also decided to use more narrow, sharper eyes for her as opposed to the round ones I usually draw on almost all of my other characters, and honestly, given that I don't use these eyes very often at all, I'm pretty pleased how they turned out on her.

Note about Gun Scaling - Gun Scaling is REALLY weird with me due to the fact that any scaling period is just always kinda off for the most part (especially when it comes to Head Proportions which, as many of you know, can vary pretty wildly in a lot of my work) as well as the fact that I hardly ever draw guns period.

And yes, her cape DOES have flames on it. But then again, this is a character from the Unlimited Frontier timeline, where even top level Government Officials are known for being overly cheezy and having overly stylish, crazy outfits like this, so...


And now, on to the character herself.

Queen Harribore III (Full name - Harribore Kamazin Valentine) is the current ruler of the United Federation, as well as the youngest ruler in the country's history, coming to power shortly after her father died in the Eight Year War at only 20 years old (She is currently 27 to give you an idea of how long ago, or rather not, that was). She was at first met with a lot of adversity from both officials and citizens alike due to her unusually young age, with many doubting she would make an effective ruler, especially following the Zandrayan Forces' attack on the Capital that resulted in her requiring extensive Cybernetic Modification to survive including her entire left arm being replaced by a Prosthetic. Despite this, however, Harribore quickly proved herself to be a more than capable leader, with said leadership playing a crucial role in the Unite Federation's eventual victory in the Eight Year War alone. Though her generally eccentric outfit, as well as her overall appearance, may seem to suggest a generally goofy demeanor, Harribore is actually rather calm most of the time, often taking any official Government Business and/or decisions very seriously. She does have a casual fun loving side, however, with her not only being an avid gamer, especially when it comes to Online Shooters and JRPGs, but also a popular streamer and Content Creator, with her often being one of if not the most popular streamers in the United Federation. Under most circumstances, like most high-up Government Officials, Harribore tries to avoid Direct Confrontations whenever possible. She is far from incapable of combat if absolutely necessary, however, with her always having an LM-290 Plasma Rifle on her at all times for such instances.

Harribore's Uniform is infused with a massive amount of Animation Magic, so much so to the point of being fully sentient, its personality being motherly and kind in nature. It is capable of transforming into a multitude of different outfits including onesies, sleepers, and even Shortalls, though most of these forms use include its Cherry Red Self-Cleaning Blank Style Cloth Diaper in some form or another. Aside from being fully sentient, her Uniform also uses Hammer Space to an extreme degree, with its base form (seen here) including a black onesie under the uniform itself that not only shrinks her incredibly large "Assets" to a much more manageable size, but also conceals her diaper almost entirely, the diaper itself being almost 2 feet thick in overall size.
