Well, in my headcanon, the birth would never be able to happen naturally, so the baby would have to be delivered via C-section. He’d have to spend the last couple of weeks in the hospital in case of any complications. If he wasn’t there when the baby was ready to be born, it could’ve killed him and his newborn, but I try not to think of the specifics.
