honestly yeah i had body horror in mind while commissioning this!
though they make me horny, the situations faced by these characters would definitely be quite constraining and anxiety inducing i think! so theres a bit body horror underbelly to this
its just kinda comical how he walks around with his big fat nose head sniffing around like a dummy! lol

yes. comedy can work on it too if you dont trigger some kind of empathy . i just create context around it so its less horrific. like making it temorery as in: they can use a different chemical to reverse it , make the "victim" a bad guy so you dont feel bad about it , or something else . the options are limitless for head cannons and new stories

interesting! i like your suggestions for building sympathy for a character and giving it a more horror feel cus you want them to be ok!

i like keeping these in kind of vague contexts so, say
if you like thinking that its permanent, or maybe prefer it being reversible, i think either can work for this 😙

i usually prefer permanent, or at least long term tf, for example getting cursed not being able to lift it for.years
actually becoming accustomed to the new form and even becoming comfortable with it, only to get reverted years later, maybe by accident or by running into someone skilled enough to break the curse :3

long term is pretty good too . sadly most TF sequences end right after the transformation . so we rarely get to see how it effects their life. ironically seeing the character try to adapt to a new form and life or any other kind of aftermath is what i like about TFs the most . the emotions and potential trama adds to it as well, and how would the world react to them if they even choose to show their from to the world ? would law enforcement look for the person who is missing ? do people have protection gear to avoid such issues if its a common danger ? i have an unreleased SFW story featuring this exact problem . we dont just see two characters conjoin togheter . we see how this unwanted form changes their life and how it effects them emotionally, and how they try to save time for each other to have fair share of the body. and all their efforts to reverse it in a world that forbids the magic they need with extreme restrictions and paywalls also how their new biology even works and sustains itself

yeaaa i think it really would take maybe a long form comic to explore the aftermath and experience with the post-transformation anatomy

ive thought about doing concepts, for example, where a nose face transformed character gets taken to a doctor and gets X-rays of their head, definitely confirming they dont have even the skeletal structure or anatomy to support speech, and that other than having a huge massive nose, they are perfectly fine and would just need to adapt :3
one scenario among a few that ive thought of as "long-term post-tf" pics, or day in the life type things

if you continue this maybe you can also show where the brain is located in the X ray . since you have a sci fi theme here i imagine the brain must be accounted for . and they would likely put them in a quarantine zone. we know that the effect spreads by liquids so it likely spreads to more people but with each passing its weaker as there is less chemicals from the original potion . i imagine several others waiting in a hospital line with more mild effects . like one person who only lost their mouth or someone who has oversized nose but is fine otherwise but still mad cause they are a woman. or someone with one eye missing as well as half of their other features . maybe the people responsible for that potion thingy try to cover it up . by curing the bystanders since they were mild. and paying off the main vicitms plus giving them some prostetics to live with . like a camera gadget that the dragon inserts inside their new mouth to get some kind of vision back . or for a less dark ending they try to cure them but it takes years to reverse the effect. so we maybe see signs of reversal but its still not normal yet .
