After years of retirement, he's finally back.
I put '''VT Dragon''' away a long time ago as 'nyum-nums' due to some unpleasant associations I had with him. But now armed with some time, and a much healthier grasp on my boundaries, I finally found the motivation to bring him back. Now with floppy ears and the overdue ability to stand upright!
I will say: I'll still be pretty guarded with Vale. He's very special to me, and I will no longer be treating him as a tool to make Vore YCH's and nothing else. He's got a story, a personality, and a whole world to explore now. Though, that doesn't mean he won't be guilty of getting into some 'trouble' now and then. ;>
Disclaimer: I will NOT be involving Vale in any Vore/feeding drives, NSFW content, digestion/implied digestion, cruelty, alternative vore [non-oral], hypnosis, or Macro [bigger than a city] content. Do not expect any of these things, and do not request them. This is non-negotiable.

Awwwwwweeeee he's so cute!!! 😍😍😍😍😍
I love all the backstory you've given him on the trance and clairvoyance, and the little notes on his teeth and items are such a great touch! I love the details for the orb he wears to, it's so pretty as an accessory and also so useful!
And his design is SO ADORABLE!!! I love his color pallet so much in his look, especially the compliments of black and dark red, and the white facial markings fit super well. That starry pattern though on his neck and belly are gorgeous to look at though!!! I just love how much it shins on his design to make it so distinctive, not to mention translucent necks and bellies are an absolute fav/weakness! They are just such an underutilized trait and I love how it works with Vale here, the gradients in colors just makes him look great! Would love to see how it works at some point, though understand any hesitancy you might have ^^
Vale looks like such a loveable/soft/huggable character design, I can't wait to see him show up in more art! 💜💙💜💙💜

Unfortunately, no! He's part of a species from my fictional world that hasn't been written about anywhere.
This is the only lore I've got on them, but it's incredibly spotty and dated from 2017. Most of this is inaccurate to how much they've developed in the last 5 years.
-Lunaral- [Mist Dragon] Though genetically unrelated to the Dalrune, the Lunaral are considered to be their opposites. They live in small groups, and their territories extend even further than the Dalrune. They hunt exclusively at night for food, but have been known to hunt during other hours for sport. They often catch prey, humans, and Notseanis for fun and let them go. Because of their huge size and their cunning, very rarely does this backfire on them. They are cocky, but usually nonviolent creatures, and will usually resort to shows of physical traits to settle conflict rather than fight. However, if another creature strikes them, they will often fight back and take it too far. They won’t usually kill another creature unless needed, but have been known to fight each other to the death on rare occasions. Dalrune are one of the few creatures that they will often get aggressive with. They find humans and Notseanis merely amusing or pests, and will rarely attack them. They will, however, give them a good scare, which leads to many saying they have been ‘attacked.’
These creatures contain even more magical properties than the Dalrune, but their magic is said to only be as powerful when the moon, Dolent, is in the sky. These creatures go into a hungry, near trance-like state once a year, which is known as the Week of the Tooth-Moon. This is when Bo and Dolent line up, making them look strange from Olmia. Lunaral relentlessly hunt every night during this week, and will eat nearly anything in their path. It is possible for those closest to a Lunaral to snap them out of this, but it is extremely difficult.
Lunaral, along with Tymotsu and Dalrune, have also been rumored to have size-shifting abilities, but this is not confirmed.
Lunaral have large crops in their chests where they sometimes carry their young, and where they often store sport-prey they’ve caught, or prey they want to save for later.
There is a place high atop a mountain in Agium where the Lunaral are said to meet during mating season. Nobody has witnessed this and lived, so all the Notseanis know is that now and then, the Lunaral have been seen migrating towards a cloud-capped mountain that lays in the heart of Agium, where large amounts of magic are concentrated. This is highly unusual, as there is said to be a Dalrune that lives in that mountain.
Lunaral will eat most anything, but generally hate the taste of fish.

I'm afraid I probably won't have time to answer anything, my Olmia stuff is under pretty need-to-know basis for now, as I'm considering forming novels off the world. ^^ Plus I'm just really busy, LMAO
I appreciate the interest though! I'm sure you'll learn more about his species and the world if I decide to do more writing with him in the future.

A quick google search will yield: "In a bird's digestive system, the crop is an expanded, muscular pouch near the gullet or throat. It is a part of the digestive tract, essentially an enlarged part of the esophagus. As with most other organisms that have a crop, it is used to temporarily store food"
Many creatures in my fictional setting have Crops where they used to store food. They never fully evolved past them. Dragons can also store belongings in them, like treasure.
