I needed a new ref pretty bad. There's been a few additions to his design since I first made him, namely his hair, tail, and horns. I also wanted to make his armor more believable, not only in design but in how well it actually protects him. Lastly, wanted to finalize the liefeldian hero design of Cobalt, more on him below:

Personality: Bold, confident, and compassionate, Rada is a strudy individual both mentally and physically. He abhors wrongdoing but always approaches conflict from a place of empathy, preferring negotiation and understanding over brute force. As a wandering adventurer, he laid down his sword in favor of a second shield, taking up the role of protector. He feels compelled to help those in need, and though he can be somewhat silly at times, he takes his role seriously and aids wherever he can. His ultimate goal is to leave a lasting, positive impact wherever he goes.
Physiology: Despite his strange appearance, Radasus is definitively a kobold. Despite his lack of height, he displays impressive physical strength, capable of lifting as much as the average human body builder. His horns don't seem to serve much purpose other than display, and his tail closely resembles that of a rat, scaly and dark. His dog-like appearance closely resembles a corgi, and as such he doesn't mind when he's refereed to as such.
Meta: Rada exists either as a fantasy driven adventurer or a modern setting artist, with both carrying very much the same personality and physicality, with only the narrative around him changing.
Cobalt: Taking on the mantle of the Blue Dragon, Cobalt uses his electrified shields to protect those in need. He usually works alone, but will occasionally ally with other heroes to take on powerful enemies. His main nemesis is the elusive Seamstress, and though he's never managed to bring her down, he remained hot on her heels. Cobalt has unnatural strength, and his arm shields project powerful lightning bolts to shock and stun villains. Whatever a situation may call for, he likely has an answer in one of his many, many pouches.
