Description: Once a Normal Tyrannosaurus Rex, Rusty would spend most of his time as T-Rex swimming in the ocean or playing in the snow, or even going into civilization to hang out with some of the people there. Due to his size, property damage in civilized areas was very likely, and when it happened, he would be very apologetic, as he hates causing accidental damage to expensive property. Though, thankfully for him, people were very forgiving as they knew it's hard for him to avoid it with such a large size. One day during his swimming, he took a route he was unfamiliar with, which led him to a nuclear power plant that was in the middle of a catastrophic meltdown, which ended up releasing tons of radiation everywhere, and the dosage he was given was beyond lethal, knocking him out cold. When he came to, he realized that he had somehow survived the radiation of the meltdown, but that wasn't all. His body had absorbed all the radiation and mutated him as he now stood tall, nearly 140ft and almost double that in length. He had aquatic fins along his back, head, tail, arms and legs for swimming now, and his tail, claws, tongue and maw were all naturally glowing. He was scared and confused at first as he carefully made his way back to the water, roaring a bit and releasing a scorching water blast beam from his mouth, accidentally tearing through part of dock and some boats. News of this Incident quickly reached some friendly Kaiju who seeked him out. Mama Rodan, Clark, and Zillian, all 3 of them offering to help teach the newly mutated Kaiju Rex in learning to control his abilities so that he'd be able to safely be around civilization once again.
