I now like my lineart and flat colours enough to do the reference sheet thing without overworking myself. I've meant to do this for so many years - I've been asked for refs many times but burnout and getting really rusty as a result got to me. I've also been too busy due to university to put in the amount of love necessary for my OC's refs. I have a lot of re-working canon to do.

Each ref sheet involves a lot of work - conlangs, understanding their native environment & ancestor animals, developing a culture around those things, 3D models to make my life easier because my stereoblindness makes perspective & depth Impossible.

I'll only be doing reference sheets for my four 'sonas for now. But the work helps me do the greater worldbuilding work, since they don't live in a vacuum. They are all from this Hyaline project:
