As with his Maori heritage, Ken's willing to fight to do what is right.
Though being a chef as well as a single father of twins, Ken trained nonstop his entire life; learning martial arts from his grandfather and, in turn, teaching his kids. Usually, most styles he knows are Chinese as it has more diverse in combat and weapons. One such is the Sanjiegun, AKA Sansetsukon, AKA the three-section staff. Though a very advanced, and difficult to maneuver if you're not used to it, weapon; Ken and his children have shown to be naturals. Now should tread carefully, Ken is a strong and proficient fighter with impeccable skills both hand-to-hand and armed combat.
In short, never start a fight with Ken..... he never discriminates who he puts in the hospital; man or woman.
