Your setup causes a 10%> bottleneck originating from the GPU(It's 12% if you use 4K monitors). Your CPU is too powerful for your GPU, meaning you're not only not getting the full utilization from your setup(10% less in fact), but you're also boiling your GPU in an effort to keep up, while your CPU is on a permanent vacation; it never gets to use its full potential. I hope you didn't overclock, there'd be literally no point to do it.
I recommend upgrading your GPU ASAP. Sell your old one and use that money to buffer the upgrade.

Nah I´m good actually 🔥🤘 I got plenty of headroom and power to spare for everything, tuned my CPU and GPU voltages just right, and made a custom Front Panel for full Air Intake - New GPU prices are on the roof so it doesn´t make any sense paying out a bloated price to get just a small boost on performance - But I¨m sure you already knew that - Thanks for the recommendation thou
Yap! - It´s my good old GF - My SZ320 - Ibanez made they first lineup plain, the ones with the Maple Tops are much tighter a quite cooler! - Got it paired with my Marshall Valvestate VS65R, Old line, Nice Tight Crunch Tone that runs in tandem with my Boss Me-50 for FXs and Overdrives, it sounds pretty tight at my Studio! 🔥🤘🎸
It was suprisingly pretty stratight forward ordering it from amazon -- I got it on last year almost a 30% off on Black Friday Run - about $750 - There´s a new revisited version of this TV it´s now in series X900i - Nice Palens for sure - Although this new one doesn´t have hdmi 2.1 (for future consoles)
It´s a pretty Neat Mesh Chair, with full lumbar support and adjustable height/sit and armrest - IT´s been saving my back for years now lol - it´s actually a Office Depot chair Line, but I think it´s discontinued , they have a new type of mesh chair now, somewhat watered-down version of this one, but still somewhat good
