Return of the Queen

This is Aurum, a dragoness who has the ability to turn her body into a golden liquid metal. She can mimic allmost any valuable object and is pretty much her own hoarde.

She is an old character of mine that I decided to revive so im going to copy paste her old "origin story" here.


"Some adventures say, that in the far off mountains there lies an ancient dragon. This dragoness was known for her love of gold. Her hoard was known to have over 5 billion golden coins in it. But she wanted more, She wanted to be closer to her hoard. One day, she came up with a plan. "Why protect my hoard, when I can BECOME my hoard!" And she set out, using magic until she had found the perfect spell. The day had come, The day she would become one with her hoard. She climbed upon the massive pile of gold, used her spell, And she started to melt down. Slowly she lost her form. Melting down, becoming blobier and blobier. She laughed at her success. She laughed and laughed until her laughter was cut short. She was gone! Nothing left but a blob of golden goop spreading across the pile of golden knickknacks like chocolate syrup over ice cream. For hours there was nothing, Until the pile of gold started to get droopy, Melting down into the same liquid metal as the dragoness, Soon there was nothing but a truly colossal blob of golden goop. It sat there for days, days and days and days. Until, It started to take shape. Slowly, limbs formed, a tail shot out and a beautiful head formed. And there she stood. Aurum, The golden Dragoness. It is told that most of the adventures that go to slay this dragon, end up turned into golden statues and absorbed but the ones that have returned state that they made it out by not slaying the dragon, but by laying the dragon,"
