Special Collab Sketch Comic Page Commission for  Ardennon, thank you!

This is the first page of the three orders purchased by Ardennon, starring the commissioner's Sergal, Mavi! Everything is set as the canon-compliant design that can be seen in the modern era of Gold Ring.

This piece has been done in a collaboration between me and my dear partner and brother and one of the Vilous official Lore Masters  Coju. Coju provided initial ideas, sketches, and designs of every material, and those have been finished by me!

📖What the Artwork Tells📖

Note: The comic is read from right to left, which is typical of manga style literature!

This page is featuring Mavi the Sergal and her bodyguard walking to an orphanage.

In the background of the first panel, Agudner mesdames are having some chitchat on the street corner.

On the third panel, a moment when Navi enters the orphanage, a female Nevrean is sitting on a bench near the entrance and waiting for a result of some purpose that she owns.

Then Mavi reached the counter and speaks with an Agudner employee behind the counter.

🌟 Vilous Lore-Supportive TIPS 🌟

-The female Nevrean on the orphanage

As she is just a small background character, we did not consider many stories for her, however, our choice of putting a female Nevrean there has a certain intention based on the lore concept.

It needs to begin from mentioning a common misconception towards the Nevrean species－ "Nevreans have reversed gender roles compared to Earth's Humans." － As the official Wiki articles emphasize, this is definitely not the correct way of understanding Nevreans for various reasons.

One of the reasons to correct the misconception that also is related to the expression in this piece is that female Nevreans are in charge of almost all parts of domestic chores and child-rearing while taking all parts of the heavy lifting. To speak more, both genders of Nevreans have an equal role in child-rearing, however, females are the ones who usually take the most parts hard because they are physically tough and have a serious, careful, decent, thoughtful mindset.

This is why we set a female Nevrean there. Perhaps, she decided to adopt some children from the orphanage, and she is considering various things for future reference while waiting until the procedure is over.
