Pregnant Arceus Sprite (Internal)

"According to the legends of Sinnoh, born before the universe even existed, this Pokémon emerged from an egg in a place where there was nothing, then shaped the universe with its 1,000 arms."
Starting things off for my sprite edits, it's fitting that I start with the Alpha Pokémon and creator god of the Pokémon universe, Arceus!
(This one of course is the internal version of the main one, though don't let internals like these stop ya from imagining what's in there!)
There's many people out there that like to think of the Creation trio as Arceus' children, which I personally love the thought of too! Looking here now, this Arceus is currently carry the trio within their godly gravid tummy. the little Dialga, Palkia and Giratina within developing their abilities and growing little by little in the womb till the day comes when they can start helping their father (mother? Guess it depends really.) with managing Time, Space and... uh... I think Giratina does dimensional energy right? (little one if you can hear us in there, please help me out in specifying that ^^;)
