Rouge has been confined to desk duty at G.U.N. for neglecting her duties. Since her usual attire is distracting, she is obligated to put on a suit. But just to get back at all the times Rouge annoyed her, Topaz told her male colleagues about how the bat girl has a secret tickle fetish. Needless to say, the men pounced on this.

Everyday, when Rouge was at her desk, they would steal one of Rouge's heels while one would tickle her nylon wearing foot. Rather than report this, Rouge secretly loved it and yearned for them to tease them more. Sometimes one guy would hold a small pair of scissors and threaten to snip off her nylon so her bare feet could be tickled but never acted on it (unless she begged for it). This was going to be a fun three months.
