My All Creation deuteragonist, Jobe, has already been eaten by sixteen Disney villains, one of whom has eaten him twice -- Legend of Tarzan villains Tublat, the evil gorilla, and Kaj, the evil Leopard Man who worked in the service of Queen La, Merlock, the main villain of Duck Tales: the Movie - Raiders of the Lost Lamp, even a human predator, Stromboli, the gypsy serving as a minor villain from Pinocchio, the feral form of the evil Shere Khan from The Jungle Book, the anthro form of Shere Khan from Tale Spin, Tick-Tock, the evil, Hook-obsessed crocodile from Peter Pan, Sewernose de Bergerac, the evil, opera-loving alligator from one episode of Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, Boll Weevil, the evil oat tycoon from one episode of DuckTales, the sinister Bankjob Beagle, one of the seven infamous Beagle Boys from DuckTales, the deadly Sa'Luk, the Cassim-replacing King of Thieves from Aladdin and the King of Thieves, the dastardly Dark Dragon from American Dragon Jake Long, the "Honorable" Sherriff of Nottingham from Robin Hood, the sinister duck demon Paddywhack from Darkwing Duck, the evil Taurus Bulba from Darkwing Duck, the evil, crafty, conniving Mr. Walrus from Alice in Wonderland, the shady, sinister crime lord Ignatz "Ratso" Ratzkiwatzki from Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, and, most recently, the wicked, Maleficent-serving cat Pete, as seen in his Kingdom Hearts 2 incarnation! We now continue this series of comics involving Jobe getting eaten by more of my favorite Disney characters.
But soon after the completion of the Disney villains, Jobe has now moved on to encountering and being eaten by Disney heroes! First, he was eaten by the usually heroic Little John, the best friend and sidekick of Robin Hood from his eponymous movie, the anthro-only version of Robin Hood, the heroic Jo-Adian Space Ranger, Booster Munchapper, from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, The Beast from Beauty and the Beast, Mr. Steve Barkin from Kim Possible, the wannabe-human Louis the Alligator from The Princess and the Frog, the gentle, but firm, sugar baron Eli "Big Daddy" La Bouff, also from The Princess and the Frog, the Greek King of the Gods, Zeus, from Hercules, and, most recently, the sometimes-evil, sometimes-good Captain of the Agrabah Palace Guard, Razoul, from the Aladdin movies and series! Now, Jobe's journey continues, as he is about to run into more heroes! These are heroes who, like the villains, I'd always imagined making meals out of me. As Jobe is based on me, appearance-wise and personality-wise, he'd be the closest thing I could have to me getting eaten by these villains myself. So I could live it vicariously through him, so to speak.
In this short story, Jobe has re-formed from his digestion by King Blowhard, and has now appeared on a hilltop over looking a small town. A small town he's wanted to see for weeks now. He sees that he is overlooking the town of Ricard, a town that is, at last, part of his home world, Aterea. And he immediately wants to see his boyfriend, Storm. At long last, his journey is finally over!
Except . . .
Finally, Storm disappeared upstairs with Jobe, ready to spend their first bit of private time together in almost three weeks. Yes, both were happy that Jobe had finally gotten home safely, and that was journey around the many worlds was officially over.
. . . Or was it? . . .
Unbeknownst to Storm and Jobe, they were being watched through the window by a familiar villain. A familiar villain to Jobe, at least.
And when he turned away from the window, he made his identity more than clear.
Merlock!
Yes, the evil wolf wizard was there in Aterea, and he was spying on Storm and Jobe, an evil leer on his face, and his eyes should be narrowed just a bit.
How he’d gotten to Aterea, and how ke’d known how and where to find Jobe and possible Storm, no one knew. . . .
“It is not quite as over as you believe, Keepers,” Merlock said, grinning evilly.
Then, the evil wolf wizard walked away from the house, his cave sweeping and flowing in the end behind him as he moved. It was clear that he had an evil plan in store. But what it was, was anyone’s guess. . . .
. . . The End? . . .
Part nineteen and the outstanding conclusion of a commission by
ViceXXX.
And there you have it. Jobe's journey through the Disney worlds is finally complete! He is home and ready to settle back into life in Aterea. Everything, it seems, is back to normal!
Except perhaps not. Now it looks he, Storm, and their fellow Keepers will be facing a new problem. But what is that problem? What is Merlock planning? How did he even get to Aterea?
Those questions will be answered soon enough . . . in my next project with
