About Subject:
A teenage wolf Patrick whose last name was classified for privacy concerns, especially in an unexpected case of bullies. He was known by his friends as a helpful and kind fellow, even to his community in Fresno. Nothing much was known about him, except trauma of unknown source.

On July 12, Patrick alongside his friends Rex, Sam and Shadow joined Diego Dagdag, a dingo friend of Timothy Soro on a road trip to Santo Tomas to hitch a ride for the MALAKAS Project, as they bore interest in building muscles and Diego happened to pass by in Fresno. Patrick and his friends passed with flying colors as Super Soldiers, as well as earned temporary forms of Juggernaut, just a few months later.

While people in Fresno were fascinated with transformed bodies of Patrick and his friends as soon as they came home, their bullies felt so seriously threatened that they underwent a-month-long plan of making their muscular victims submissive to them. Once that plan was executed a month later, the bullies held friends and relatives of Patrick hostage in a cargo ship on a nearby port town of Monterey, forcing him and his friends to stop the ship by force. Patrick and his friends were able to save their loved ones and the entire crew of a cargo ship and left the scene unnoticed, while the bullies were tied to a post, long enough to inform the police on what happened.

Meanwhile, Diego Dagdag, sleeping in a motel room somewhere in a mountainous town, learned of recent events in Monterey televised, especially voices from witnesses and Patrick's bullies. A serious and concerned dingo contacted Patrick via his cellphone, Patrick confirmed what happened and admitted that he had no idea what provoked his bullies into kidnapping his loved ones. On the next day, Diego gave these updates to Timothy and his coworker Christopher.

Christopher: It seems we have lots of recruits who might have enemies before joining this project. Becoming big and intimidating can unnerve others but few may resort into desperate actions to get rid of such threatening elements.
Timothy: Is that how psychology works in this case?
Christopher: I'm afraid so. We've got several cases where civilians and law enforcement officers were attacked, bullies included.
Diego: Are ya saying that Patrick must get the blame for the incident in Monterey, caused by his bullies kidnapping his friends and loved ones?
Christopher: Yes, and should anyone relate this to him having joined the MALAKAS Project, then we'll be toast all over the continent!
Timothy: But there was the case where the alligator's bullies went literally ballistic against him and destroyed the city, just years before joining the project.
Diego: And those remaining bullies lost it as soon as they heard Goryu's recent progress.
Christopher: Even good actions can cause bad outcomes, no matter how well they were executed.
Diego: You got that from your dad, didn't ya?
Timothy: Obviously. Diego, you need to get Patrick and his friends to keep their profile low.
Christopher: Let's not forget about the beavers forming their own gang in Brisa Creek.
Timothy: Oh yeah, David Oak and his son. Once they got discharged from the project as Super Soldiers a month ago, not to mention Juggernaut forms as well, they stole a truckload of muscle serum and turned their beaver community into a military town of Super Soldiers, having formed their own dam.
Christopher: That in turn threatens livelihood of many rivertowns.
Diego: And now they're seeking to carve the independent state of their own, kicking out non-beavers everywhere they conquer.
Christopher: That's one of the reasons we have to cover up such incidents to prevent anyone from tapping into our project.
Diego: Chris, your dad and his crew spent two years developing a muscle growth serum, and this project's been open since March this year. Now those muscularized beavers of Brisa Creek are posing a threat, both to this and to the rest of California, since last month! Plus, we have other less serious concerns to deal with.
Christopher: (sighs lightly) Exactly.
