Wolfa Jones is a well-built yet atheltic skateboarder hailing from Oregon. He hadn't heard much about the MALAKAS Project until a group of soldiers from California set up promotion in his hometown. One of the soldiers happened to be his high school friend Ayden, a blue fox who was initially in the same shape as Wolfa's and few months later a big and bulky soldier. Ayden persuaded Wolfa to join the project, promising him that he would be as big as him, and offered to stay with Wolfa for the purple wolf to prepare his belongings to bring for a week while Ayden would go off to find more recruits before leaving. Wolfa and Ayden were able to bring along five recruits, mostly male college students and a young female teacher, to the base around the Californian mountains set up for the MALAKAS Project.

On June 5th during the inspection, Ayden persuaded Timothy Soro to pick Wolfa for the next batch. Timothy agreed and assigned Ayden to train Wolfa and his new fellow recuits instead, right before bringing Goryo the Gator for a private meeting. Few weeks later, Ayden injected Wolfa with the Soldier serum first before doing so to the rest. Initially Wolfa was spending time in the base skateboarding outside training hours, but his new promotion prompted the purple wolf to continue working out, possibly even breaking his limits.

He would later gain a promotion to Super Soldier a few weeks after his last promotion. However, he became more focused on bodybuilding than skateboarding, and started enjoy ganging up along with Ayden on lower ranks for his dirty pleasure. Occasionally, Timothy Soro joined other Super Soldiers for the fun. Learning from Ayden that he prefered not to obtain the Juggernaut rank, Wolfa decided to do it himself, for a week of intensive training would he get promoted to the Juggernaut.

Ayden was then honorably discharged as soon as his purple wolf friend became a temporary Juggernaut, while three of the five recruits they brought along ended up as Super Soldiers. The rest decided to leave the Project early as Soldiers instead, citing their relatives going ill and needing their urgent attention.

Arrogantly satisfied with his new body, plus a temporary form to a Juggernaut, Wolfa decided to enter a bodybuilding contest alongside Ayden, just to show off to his friends what the purple wolf really wanted all along. Consequently, his decision had also made a dent on skateboarding community in Oregan, where a big quarter of it were inspired to join the MALAKAS Project. A very few members felt betrayed, but the most were indifferent to the situation but understandable with Wolfa's decision.

Such a scene affecting the Oregon skateboarding community had alarmed the Mayor of Santo Tomas in California, as he suspected that Wolfa's actions could spark suspicion and discontent towards the MALAKAS Project still going under way for his plans. If that skateboarding community issue wasn't bad enough, the Mayor himself would have to monitor events plaguing four serious elements involved by the Project: increased amount of spies roaming around his city, concerned families in neighboring Redwood City, conspiracy theorists and hippies camping nearby the Project's labs and base, and a community of muscularized beavers taking over a dam in Brisa Creek (west of Santo Tomas).
