I absolutely love Paint Tool SAI. It's the most lightweight program I've been using it for years. It makes the cleanest lineart. The S-1 to S-7 slow ink is the best feature. Also the opacity and shading. Digital painting in it in general. It's a workhorse.

I have always used GIMP prior for my needs. Though SAI is quick and easy I do still like GIMP's filter features.
