Jezz has trouble fitting into the stall shower in Delbert's Apartment. Now all she needs is a good brushing and grooming.

Delbert tells me he has to be careful about that. When he uses the slicker brush on Jezzy's flanks and gets close to her tail, the Sphinx will whip around, but then licks his hand and arm affectionately. Like big cats, Jezz has those Papillae on her tongue, and her loving licking can feel like wet 150 grit sandpaper on sensitive skin.

that reminds me of that crazy russian on YT who has a cougar as a pet. and when the sun goes up at 0430 at morning the cat wakes up and decides to pet the owner... XD

Oh Yeah! I've been following the YouTube videos of the Russian couple who share their apartment with "Messi" the cougar. Now in Jezzy's case, she can wake Delbert up, and put the kettle on for his morning tea, but if she tries anything else in fixing breakfast it can lead to a big mess as her hand paws lack dexterity to do things like crack eggs. Jezz can't stand on her hind legs for very long as well, so if she has to work in this manner, she has to find a way to prop herself upright. Jezzie has proven she can be clever and adaptable in the past, so who knows? If she can figure out how to use a voice command computer, look out.

I guess the workign surface is too high for her to sit on her haunches and support with the wings? and yeah, handpaws. :P

And Yes. Since the winged sphinxes are similar to lions, their skin is tougher than human skin, and so it takes a good, strong whack to give them "Love Pats." Sadly, big cats don't seem to have that "Elevator Butt" reflex like the smaller Domestic cats have.

Good thing she's drip dry, hate to think if she was run through the dryer.

The image idea of Jezzie going around and around in the dryer drum just popped up in my head. She'd most likely would enjoy the warmth, but the spinning would most likely make her dizzy.
