When or if you have some time in the future, I would love to discuss textures with you if you'd be willing. I have an uncomfortable around them. I think it stems from feeling like each added piece *such as a leaf* suddenly needs the same amount of attention and detail as the whiskers on a face etc. XD..... My "viewfinder" likes to try to zoom in on all the things. Q.Q

Oh, I think this theme goes with practice :'D Por example it's hard to paint textures without understanding of form. For details: for every good art is needed to paint all in one detail range, so you're right about it, but you need also concentrate your view on things what are importrant more for this art, too :3

I was sad I couldn't afford the dragon slot, but now I'm just happy to see that pretty creature XD

I’ve been watching this YouTube channel called Rover’s Makeover lately. A dog groomer that records their work. There’s so many vids on shaving matted dogs! When I look at this marvelous furred dragon with an immaculate coat, all I can think of is all the time and work put into maintaining it! Then it makes me want to see artists create more art of that! Shaggy, unkempt fur dergs getting shorn or getting a makeover. XD

Yeah, I also want to draw more on this topic, haha! :'3 I like everyday scenes very much, and with dragons you can come up with a lot of cool ideas!
