After the last improvenment i decided to go one step further, that is of course making the legs SLIGHTY longer since the previous stubby legs werent working pretty well with the new buff design.
And as a bonus, a complete drawing reference along with the previous clothing he have been using so far.

Also, thought I would ask. Why is he/are you sometimes wearing that.. how to call it.. water-collar? You can breathe normally with the air so it's not for breathing.. is it? What is it for? I must say it's pretty interesting and cool tho ^^

Originally a concept of how water creatures could survive on land (based on Sharkworski from My Gym's Partner is A Monkey), turned into an unique feature of him.
After a conversation with
djcroc2016 a possible disability on his breathing capabilities was mentioned. I liked the idea so it stayed.
Basically yes, he has problems breathing air like other Anthropomorphic aquatic animals so he uses a special collar with water to breath properly.

Yea, I remembered that there was a situation mentioning 'his condition' or something like that, I just wanted to make sure/ask about it heh. And yea, I did noticed it was a part of his design, I just thought I would ask/make sure.
