I had this done a long time back by and forgot I never uploaded it myself until now. It's the first picture I had done of Baxter and Phantom, showing a duality in their personalities. While Phantom is pretty carefree and an expert ninja, Baxter is a pretty serious sort of scientist. He has no time for games or shenanigans, always focused on his work and working to improve upon what science and magic will allow, testing their limits. It's from his tireless work, along with generations before him, that he helped to revive Phantom from the dead. Because of this he uses the frog as a personal experimental project, testing all kinds of things on him.
