Never question this Sensei what the point of belts are.
Nothing like a little "pressure point" practice to keep the students sharp.

Oh dude, hell yes! <3 I was so hoping to see more of your tiger guys! They totally hit all my yes buttons lol. This must have been a beast to do with four characters and the dramatic angling to the background. Those hands are great and I totally can't stop staring at those paws. ^^ The only minor critique I would have would be the outer tigers' back feet look to be standing on a flat plane instead of following the angle of the floor. This is so damn rad ^-^
This... is honestly pretty good! I know how much you like to criticize yourself so I'll state with some confidence that you have really improved on your technique since the last time we saw these mischievous martial artists! For one, whether it is the lighting or your lines, the overall feel is "softer", "fuzzier" dare I say? The muzzles and body parts no longer have this angular approach to them which makes them seem more natural, more organic. As for the colors, they're vibrant as ever but not in your face bright, appropriate amount of color and texture here and the shading gives the impression of a rather well-lit dojo but not by incandescent light-bulbs as they would offer a more yellowish/orange tone than the somewhat sterile white/papyrus texture of the dojos traditional walls and surfaces. As for the characters, it would seem there were more students than we anticipated, and of the more garden variety coloration as well, though eye candy they totes still are!
As for the tickling? The poor student appears to have gotten even MORE ticklish since the last time we saw him, a few scritching jabs to the sides and a single, wiggling finger trailing the arch and he's flailing like a preteen who pissed off his baby sitter too much X3. Those pink pads of his are a rather enjoyable sight to envision wiggling uncontrollably, and the paler, almost skin-colored outer most toes are a nice contrast since that sometimes happens in biology, though that might imply he is not a purebred white tiger but rather has some other cat genes in there that are causing the differentiation in the coloring! Yes, it's really cute. Not to mention cat pads are really tough, but surprisingly sensitive and they CAN sweat. Biology is interesting.
Now for the setup. I can only imagine what challenge or crass assumption or playful banter the student tried to engage in to deserve such treatment! Or maybe it was a harmless question that prompted a "demonstration" to ensure the lesson stuck? Either way, digging the expression on the master and on his other pupils, they are having having loads of fun. I find myself particularly liking the crossed ankles bit, it's supposedly common but it has this allure to it. Were I the student though? There would be some SERIOUS comeuppance in the works after such an intense workout!
After all... now that we know what those belts are for it's only natural to repeat the process to ensure it really is properly committed to memory... don't you think? Overall? A very good piece but I side with Cagey on the angling of the feet, but that's a minor blemish that knowing you, wont be around forever! Good work you silly floofball, now enjoy the new year!

Oh, what fun! Its like an ongoing series between the master and the student, from the first picture from Achilles Heels of master teasing the student, to the second on your gallery of the student overcoming the master to this, the student once again at his sensai's mercy. :3 Now with even more students to help give thier sparring partner some much needed training as well! Gotta train your body to....have some abuse. Oh, this is very cute Foot-Paws! I really do admire the clever use of ribbons being used to struss up this tiger like a captured bird. He isn't going anyway and I really do like the expressions each visible tiger has, especially the instructor, as he has a very tasteful teasing look about him as his hands cup around the student's neck. And the white tiger is very cute with his teary stained, blushy face as he squeals in giggles at the soft scratching at his feet and sides. Its all so cute! I'd be whispering in his ears the silly rythme of 'Eeenie meanie minnie mo.' And I very do much love the tiger paws in this, you always put extra fine details in the feet after all. Its very nice to see his distinct toepad again amongst the rest of his pinkness, and I see you even added a layer of refined dust on his soles from the training mat. I do think one more one more volunteer should be prodding or raspberrying his exposed tummy too. So many handsome men here, in your ongoing series of tiger tickling mayhem. Its truly ggggrrrreat!
