She is the middle sibling of a trio of Lugias.

While her younger brother Silver, who is a normal Lugia and the leader of the trio, relies on his abilities and her older brother Skye, who is a Shadow Lugia, relies on sheer attack power, she relies on speed, agility and martial arts she has learned.

She is caring toward Silver, patient toward Skye, but she is as mischievous as they are, despite of their experiences.
