Character design, sort of. My like my first attempt at trying to get something out of my head and on to the paper in a long while. It worked.
.:About the Lion Otter:.
A Breed of River Otter, Mainly known for there the lion-like Mane around the necks of males.
They have a playful roar that distinguished them from other river otters. (sounds more like Rawr than Roar).
.:Artist Notes:.
• The pattern on the forehead is something I was working on for Male Sona
• I don't like how the Mane turned out at all
• The Otter base looks good, and I rarely say I like my bases xD
