So I can always read many good feedback on this show even if it is not yet aired. I;m thinking that maybe that the light novel is really good that's why people assumes that it will be the best anime of this season. What are your thoughts about it? I really can't wait for this series and see if it is really worth it.
I’m pretty hyped for it. Haven’t read the light novel but it seems interesting and A-1 Pictures has a good track record. It hasn’t aired yet tho so anime of the season is super premature obviously.
Theres a high chance of it becoming an epic anime , as long as nothing goes wrong. I am just worried about the animation. The light novek has extremely good graphics and art style. I hope that the studio doesnt rush it and destroy it.
The first episode will determine everything , whether it will be good or not.

If this is done perfectly, with pacing, animation etc all spot on, then I think it would be very hard for this to be topped due to how much it brings to table. And yes, it could maybe even be anime of the year. However, as we’ve seen from A-1 pictures, their LN adaptions have not always been the best. Simply put, if they execute it to a good standard, it’s bound to be among the top shows aswell as ones such as to your eternity, megalo box s2 and fruits basket the final. Another positive for it is that it comes from such a great source material, and the focus isn’t mainly on action, like many military/shounen anime. Instead there’s also psychological themes and a cruel representation of how the ‘outsiders’ are treated. Dealing with themes to do with not being accepted because of who you are and being sent to a definite death is definitely gonna make it a very good piece of work emotionally and will definitely be relatable for lots of people, so although it might be slightly controversial, it’s bound to gather a lot of attention and hopefully become a success.
nah, i personally disliked the LN tho i just dont like this kind of sci-fi mecha shit in readable form so anime would probably be more convenient.
i think fumetsu is better. read the manga and its a solid 6 for me. shaman king is an absolute disappointment from the first ep, i haven't watched the og but the fans were hyping it up too much, only the first ep has aired so i'll hold myself from criticizing for now.

This is the only one I'm really looking forward to this season, looks promising. Not going to go in with too high of expectations though, gonna leave a little room for doubt. But I hope A-1 handles it well. Not familiar with any of these franchises airing this season including this one, but the trailer alone intrigued me. I'm assuming it'll start airing this sunday; please be good!
I never understand why peops like to jump the gun so much. Only 1 episode has been aired and there already are a bunch of overhyped individuals composing fanfares. The show might be good, might be utter shit. We shall see.
