since I have returned to posting I've been wanting to stream but seem to always have this lagging. this is what my pc has at the moment so if you can help me out what needs to be changed or improve like more ram let me know. I also want to let you guys know that my connection is 200 nb download and 20 MB upload

a video card is an NVIDIA g-force gt 740 with ddr3 and 4gb

480 solid-state drive adata

3 TB caviar blue for secondary HD
600-watt power supply with bronze certification

I don't know what else to write that can be important
