It's estimated you spend a third of your life sleeping. A lot of that time will be spent dreaming but they're often forgotten when we wake up.
It is highly recommended you keep a dream journal if you take great interest in dreams.
You can enjoy them as if they were any other story and simply view them or practice Lucid Dreaming and take control by becoming conscious in your dream.

Despite this video being on youtube since Jan 21st, 2016, I just recently stumbled across this masterpiece:

I like the surreal art of Salvador Dalí which was occasionally inspired by dreams. I also like the symbolism in his art and how they inspire new works of art.
As a bonus here is another great surreal video about Dalí's imaginary world:

I might write additional journals about dreamrelated content in modern media, there is quite a bit of interesting stuff out there that I like to add to the group.
