- If you cannot pay the full payment upfront, just tell me I am willing to work out a payment plan with you if necessary.

- When noting about your commission please include what type of commission you want to receive from me. EX: Sketch, Pin-up, or Illustration. It helps me to total your price and send you the price so that we can move on and add you to the paid list.

- Payments over $100 are only refundable up to 30% of the full price to prevent refund scamming

- I am willing to try almost any different types of settings and scenario. I am not very comfortable with heavy machinery, intricate armor, vehicles, detailed weaponry, or complex architecture (YET). Even though I’m willing to try anything, I may still refuse your commission. Please review my gallery and familiarize yourself with my work before commissioning me.

- I will send you updates regularly during the process unless requested otherwise. Make sure you voice your opinion early if anything seems off to you so we can work together to make the best image possible.

- Once we agree that an image is finished, you will receive a JPG and PNG file which you may post to your accounts immediately at your discretion (meaning you don't have to wait for me to post) or do with whatever else you like.

- Do not ask for gift art, IF and when I do it'll be for someone that I believe deserves it and free art is free art, don't look for it because you won't find it here.

- If you will be receiving a free piece of art do not harass me on when it'll be finished and do not harass my friends or family about it; it'll get you nowhere. My paying customers come first and foremost.

- No ref usually means no artwork. I as the artist can only work with what I am given so if you are not detailed enough I will more than likely fail to give you what you wanted so I am sorry to say, but if you cannot provide me with a ref sheet I may turn you down.

- Please when sending refs do not send ANY second-life reference sheets.

- Will not do at all:

Adult/Suggestive material of cubs/kids/babyfur
I will not draw anything hateful in nature towards any person/race/orientation/religion, etc.

Any pictures depicting drugs or the use of them including weed.

-Will Do:

I am very open-minded and do not judge others for their interest or ideas, and as such inquiries will be kept private.

- Remember I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Say you don't read my T.O.S. agreement and don't follow the rules of commissioning me I can refuse service to you, simple as that.

-Rules of usage:
- By allowing me to draw your OC I can use the commission and sell prints of it at art shows and in other printed forms. I may use it in other projects, such as Patreon, upload it to my public Google+ Drive folder for private usage, and so on.
- I can use the commission in future art books and as prints and edit it to fit a broader audience (make SFW versions)
- You may upload it to your art accounts for PUBLIC usage with credit.
- You may use the high-resolution file sent to your e-mail for PRIVATE usage (do not resell prints, redistribute, etc.)
- *Update * I no longer use Photoshop ONLY Sketchbook Mobile & ClipStudio
- If you were given the PSD file as well (YCH auto buy etc.): The files will be saved in ClipStudio or Autodesk Sketchbook Mobile. I can not help you out if you're unable to open it because you don't have a program that supports CSP or TIFF. files saved in ClipStudio or Sketchbook, sorry.



-For Adoptables-

1. Do not resell for more than their listed selling price.
2. Do not remove my signature.
3. Credit that you adopted from me if you use the purchased artwork.
4. Do not change my lineart or design on the adoptable. Do this on your own or commissioned artwork.
5. All designs are non-refundable.
