TERMS OF SERVICE

⭐GENERAL: Please write in a clear and nice manner. English is not my native language and I appreciate short, neat descriptions and image references. I am open for questions, so if anything is unclear to you please do not hesitate to send me a direct message with your questions.

⭐COPYRIGHT: As an artist, I retain all copyright on all pieces that are made. All pieces will be posted on my social media. You can post the pieces on your social networks giving me credit.

⭐PRIVATE COMMISSIONS: Private commissions -that is, those that cannot be posted on social media- have an additional cost of 20% of the final cost of the drawing, because I am a full-time artist and posting them is a form of self-promotion.

⭐LEGAL AGE: When purchasing any of my products, it is assumed that the client is of legal age (18+).

⭐REFUNDS: There are no refunds.

⭐PAYMENT METHODS: PayPal. Payment is 100% in advance to take a place in the queue.

⭐CREDITS: Credits (©) for my art pieces must be given (this is optional, but I would greatly appreciate a link to my social media: https://linktr.ee/Luvioxy )

⭐COMMERCIAL: If the artwork is to be used commercially, this has to be discussed with me in advance, and an additional charge on my services will be given. Depending on how complex the piece is, the additional charge is 40% of the final cost.

⭐WAITING TIME: The amount of time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 weeks (weekends not included) depending on many factors such as: order in the queue, complexity, health or family issues. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified on my Trello . If the customer has a deadline, this has to be discussed in advance.

⭐PROCESS: I will send you a message when it is your turn in the queue to notify you that I have started with your commission. I will send you a WIP before I start coloring to adjust details, after I start coloring I will only accept small changes.
